Our fair and transparent approach to refunds
We want every client to be happy with our service. This policy outlines when and how refunds are provided.
New clients on any plan are covered by our 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not satisfied with our service within the first 14 days of your subscription, contact us and we will provide a full refund of your first payment — no questions asked.
If we fail to deliver the services described in your plan for a sustained period (more than 5 consecutive business days) due to our own fault, you may be entitled to a pro-rata credit or refund at our discretion.
To request a refund, contact us at hello@vitalsites.com.au with your name, email address, and the reason for your refund request. We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days.
If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us before raising a dispute with your bank. We're happy to investigate and resolve billing issues promptly.
This refund policy does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If our services have a major failure, you are entitled to a refund regardless of this policy.
